Micro Center is my go-to place for all electronic needs. I travel two hours to visit this store and it is worth it every single time. Every associate is very helpful when I have questions and everything is reasonably priced. I've never had to return an item to this store because they sell great products at an affordable cost. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for the better option when it comes to electronic suppliers.

I've brought my Chromebook back two times for repair within 8 months to fix the exact same issue. Phone calls to check on the status are over 20 minutes. The repairs have not been made by the time promised; in this case, 5 days. Today is day four, and they said  they will start on it tomorrow, the day I am supposed to pick it up. The service area at Brentwood is terribly slow and I had to leave for an appointment, after waiting an hour for 11 people checked in ahead. Under warranty, I would assume that they would replace it after the third time they could not repair it. On the last call to check on the status, it lasted over 20 minutes, I asked to speak to a manager and the same clerk came back on the phone, only to hang up on me after I asked for him to replace the machine. Would not recommend.

This place has everything that you could want in the IT would. Cases, CPU, routers, network cables, printers, RAM. They have all the top brands and some budget brands. You could walk into this place and find everything you need to setup a new gaming rig and the area to go with it. Based on the pictures I had seen online prior to going there I was a little disappointed as the store was rough in places but over all it was a nice experience and I plan to go back again in few months to see if I can upgrade them to five stars.

November 2017 I bought a laptop for me and a touch screen monitor as a gift in the Micro Center.   Prices were competitive with other local computer stores.  Staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, a combination that is hard to beat.  If those attributes aren't good enough for you, consider going somewhere else, because it just doesn't get any better.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff is helpful, selection is vast. Doing better than they do now would be nigh impossible.
