I would give minus stars if I could. After waiting 2 hours for the store to open I am told that I can not be helped with my Surface problem because I have no appointment. As I am out of town it is hard to do that and to wait another 2-3 hours to be seen is not fun.
In the mean time I have a surface pro with a keyboard and a power cord that is braking apart. Good job guys. This is the last Microsoft product I bought and will avoid them in the future.

Man I love this place, they repair computers, just call them they give you a apointment to take in the computer and they'll fix it for free.
