Mixed review.  Occasionally I'll get a fantastic delightful employee who is knowledgeable and extremely helpful but I generally get young people that pretty much hate their jobs (possibly life in general).  I've had way too many messed up orders, wasted trips because of bad info on the phone, and I'm just tired of poor attitudes.  But where else am I to go I guess?

Been to a lot of best buys. I will assume that due to its only location for like the next 100 miles. This place has employees everywhere ready to help you with what ever you need. I like the set up and spacious like layout. And you can for the most part easily pick out the area you need to go to.

I think Best Buy does a good job handling Black Friday. The staff was extremely helpful and were able to answer questions even though the place was packed. The lines were long but they moved very quickly. I was able to get exactly what I needed.

The only time I get great customer service is when I’m in appliances, so bravo to those employees. Every where else, is absolutely awful. Great example is I brought my parents in to upgrade their pay as you go phones to actual iPhones on a plan. Stood in front of two employees in the mobile area, one of which was a manager, tenesha was her name, and her and the other employee sat there talking to one another and didn’t even acknowledge my mother and I. We stood there for almost 5 minutes and didn’t even get help. I complained to the store manager, and he was very kind and nice but this place is losing my business more and more each time I go there. Employees at cash wraps are always on their phones texting away. Just beyond disappointed.
