Great computer store but like most tech stores these days, they were light on what I call qualified staff. I often research my purchases then visit the store for hands-on and more in - depth information and advise. I usually find that the staff I encounter is less knowledgeable than me on my target. Also it's apparent to me the staff is super trained on how to up-sell services and warranty plans after you settle on hardware. Really drives most of my purchases back to hassle-free online buying.

The management is wonderful! I had an issue with my computer however the tech on duty was giving me the run around. When I explained this situation regarding my computer battery, charging capabilities & framework of my computer the management was helpful in resolving the matter. I've bought 1 computer from them and it has been a wonderful experience thus far. Their prices are fair & they are patient. Hope the tech understands about customer service etiquette.

They have everything to satisfy your electrical and entertainment needs. Tons of computers and accessories. Video games and TVs. Building is really outdated looking and doesn’t give off the feeling of a cutting edge electronics store. The staff and the building looks stuck in the early 90’s. Good prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Building is also located in a easy to get to location off of 75.

I like going here a lot more than going to Fry's. It is smaller and has way better customer service. Their online sales/pickup is great if you know what you want. The online order has always been ready ridiculously quickly and you have a separate checkout line. I have never found anywhere else that has a better online ordering process for in-stock items.

Small electronics store we'll layedout plan. Associates are usually knowledge to their sections and more then helpful when asked. Prices are great if you check the site most time you can see returns and old products and find a gem or two. Usually clearance in areas of store when the newest models come out. Lines are fast with people always jumping in to get the line down.
