This is one of the BEST Best Buys that I have been to. The customer service is great and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. Also if they don't have the answer they will make sure to find someone to help you and then check back in to make sure someone came. I dont normally shop in best buy that often but they have my business. I will travel to this one instead of the one closer to me. They are GREAT!

It's best buy are you really checking out the reviews for this place? OK this is how this place works. The more expensive the product the more knowledgeable the staff member you'll find to help you because they are probably working on commission. If they want to do a demonstration on the product, that's the guy or gal you want to talk to about what you want to buy. Help them get paid more by making sure the cashier gives them credit for the sale. Now go get that TV to watch the NBA Finals / Stanley Cup / World Series / Super Bowl

Very well lit..nice workers..only issue I've had was with customer care online..beware where it says free shipping. ..if you jus click and go to pay without making sure you actually got the free shipping because they won't cancel it if you were charged. ..that was really disappointing

Very knowledgeable staff in any department. Large selection and competitive prices. Video game section could be organized better and more tidy.

The customer service is good and they have what you are looking for; however, best buy prices are really high. Amazon sells it in cheaper way and cheaper warranty with the same benefits.
