I go here often, so I decided to leave a quick review. Best Buy is the last place left to put your hands on items before you buy them, and it's great to get things that day instead of wait for shipping. The customer service in departments is usually very good. The reason for the 4 stars is because the computer department staff can be wrong often with a bit of a know it all attitude, and also the cell phone department can be a bit pushy at times, but this doesn't account for all of the staff in those departments. If you seek help in any other department, they're usually very accommodating and useful. Thank you to the TV department for our latest purchase!

Best Buy selection is always top-notch, but their prices continually go up and so it can be hard to make the decision to go here. But if you're looking for movies, or other electronics you will not be disappointed by the wide variety of what they have. The staff at this store are also very helpful and friendly.

I love Best Buy but this one makes you feel uncomfortable because they are on you like you're going to steal something. I thought it was just me from the very first visit to this location and I shared that experience with my wife. We have since then gone a few other times and still the same, My wife experienced it first hand.(She hated it and brought it to their attention) On my last visit I purchased a drone there just for the convenience. If you have an option of driving to the Apple Valley Best Buy do it.

Excellent customer service. It's always a joy knowing I can rely on them when I pull up into that parking lot and walk through those doors with no worry at all. Thank you Best Buy Staff! You are much appreciated!

The sales people are simply delightful. I had no trouble looking for help they found me. They showed me items that were on sale. And then the female salesperson goes and gets some free gifts because I bought a watch. I would definitely recommend this place.
