Feels like you're buying a stereo from a shady used car salesman. The equipment works fine in the install was done very nicely. Just wish the guy selling the stuff was a little more straightforward promising you one thing and delivering another

I paid over 3000 bucks to have these guys install a full system in my jeep. It sounded Ok for awhile. All Memphis equipment. Until the 650 dollar subwoofer amp started making a bunch of nasty noise. And one of the tweeters literally fell out. When I took it in to have them look at it I was basically told "sorry about your luck". I would not send anybody to this place ever again.  All they had to do was replace the damn amp. Which is only right anyway considering how much money I spent

Used them for various cars and I have never had a problem with them or the prices. No business is perfect and i''m sure they have some bad days so I wouldn't say never go there but give them a chance and check them out. 
Side note: Jorge and the policy regarding refunds in California.
Wrong – if the item is not faulty, you have no rights to a refund or exchange unless you buy online.The same applies if goods are the wrong size, unless they are clearly not the size described. Some shops may offer refunds or a credit note as part of their own in-store policies.

If the business doesn’t offer cash, store credit, or exchanges within 7 days of a purchase, they must post a ‘No Refunds or Exchanges’ notice in one of the following ways:

    On a sign at each cash register and sales counter.
    At each public entrance.
    On tags attached to each item sold under that policy.
    On the order forms or reciept, if any.

If the policy is not posted in one of these ways, ther customer is entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the purchase.

This has got to be the worst decision made taking it to get my sons stereo installed.  My son took it in to have his kenwood stereo installed that he purchased from Bestbuy yesterday it worked fine until he got home from school today . I went to have them look at it and he barely looked at me saying I have to come back tomorrow Telling me the stereo has to be defective.  Obviously does not back any work in his shop. Needless to say I will not recommend this shop to no one! I went back to Best buy and got an appointment for  tomorrow to fix their below standard work. They were very caring and helpful with Amazing customer service . California sound is completely lacking in theirs as well as their integrity.

Brought my car in to get a simple car alarm.
Charged me 180.00 for it installed. Took 2 hours, then I went to test it and my locks didn't work. They said to bring it back tomorrow.
2 day install.
Do not pay up front!
