Lady at the store couldn’t even operate their own WiFi, had to ask a co worker a couple times what’s the WiFi password, but since she couldn’t get it to work she had to send me to another store. I think it was just getting busy and the girl didn’t want to help me out. Jess ranch location was a lot more helpful

Wouldn’t recommend this GameStop, put an item on hold, and when I went to retrieve it, they couldn’t find it. They were looking in small drawers even tho I told them it was in a huge box. They took my name and # down so the manager can call me back, and she never did, nor did I ever get my item. I wouldn’t recommend this GameStop to anyone. There’s better ones outside the mall

Jenna has made my preorder for destiny 2 limited edition and was extremely helpful couldn't have asked for a better experience. She has helped me a few times and every time she has helped me she's always super happy and you can tell she enjoys working at gamesstop. I've been shopping with game stop since I was little and she has been hands down the best employee yet that has helped me. She was very knowledgeable as well as professional and could tell what she said wasn't just scripted but authentic. Everything seemed natural with her customer service so this 5 stars goes more to Jenna than GameStop it's self.
