The whole team here is awesome - shout out to Desmond for the great screen protector recommendation and set up. I bought a screen protector and the manager threw in my SIM card for free. They'll help you with pretty much anything.

This place is great! My husband & I went in today & purchased two mobile hotspots & we were very impressed. Amazing customer service, great employees that know their stuff, & they also had very fast service(we were able to purchase our items & set up our plan in less than 20min!). Also, we especially want to thank Francisco for helping us make a decision on what device to purchase & for making sure that we were truly happy with what we were purchasing. Will definitely return to this location in the future & recommend others to do so.

Just got 2 new phones from this location. BEST EXPERIENCE ive ever had with upgrading my phone and adding a line. I work with sales rep Jordan he was very polite, funny, and knowledgeable with all the promotions and devices. He also help me save money monthly even with adding another line.

Bad experience, I want out! I should have stayed with T-Mobile and paid less than $200 a month. I am paying nearly double now and was charged with a bunch of hidden fees in first 3 bills and to top it all, the contract buy out still not done until today (3 months already). So, I am paying monthlies to both tmobile and Verizon. Everytime we call, of course we got run around. We submitted online request, no one bother to follow up. We spent $2000 so far, i got nothing but problem. No customer service. So guys, if you really want to go with Verizon please take my advice: Get everything in writing. Know all the charges upfront so no surprises later. Good luck!
