I was very pleased with the customer service rep,  his name was Jonathan and I left boost which I had for several years.  And now I am a T-Mobile Customer.  Only one complaint I am going to have to upgrade the phone I have,  it doesn't work really well for me.  But I enjoy going to the store. Thank you so much John.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! LIED ABOUT HOW MUCH MY BILL WOULD BE!!! GOING BACK TO VERIZON. AT LEAST THEY ARE HONEST

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service anybody can ask for. Never had any problems with T-Mobile until now. And the two ladies at the front counter extremely rude to my lady when we asked to call customer service. From now on go to the one on bear valley and hesperia rd if you want good service.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Walked in and told hello just a minute. One young lady working the front register and 4 other employees standing at the back registers talking and laughing doing nothing to help the 6 other people in here waiting. Like why have 4 employees if you don't even say hold on or help customers. Very poor customer service... T-Mobile is continuing to lose my respect and at this rate we will be looking to switch carriers. It's ridiculous....

The wait was always long, even when there was hardly anyone else in the store, the employees just converse with each other and ignore the customers.  My basic overall experience with T-Mobile was bad.  They're were always late charges on my bill even though I paid on time every month and they took the money out of my account promptly . I switched to AT&T.
