Would not recommend this store quoted me wrong on a promotional deal spent 4 mounths calling there customer service just to get the issue resloved glad I still had the paper work I was quoted for or I would’ve been stuck paying an extra 100$ a mouth for there mistake and good luck with there customer  support gonna spend 40 mins to and 2 hrs trying to get to the right department

Came into the sprint store with issues on my phone. Was greated immediately with kindness and hospitality by a gentleman named Kemari. He helped me with all the issues in a timely manner. Good to see Sprint is employing polite and helpful reps these days. Thanks Kemari!

If you need any kind of help I want you to go straight to my man Kamari. This dude has some amazing customer service and I will be counting on him for all my future cellular needs! Very friendly and excited about his job. Get this man a raise!

Took 2 month old phone in because it wouldn't turn on. Technician couldn't get it to turn on either. So they said they would order a replacement and call me when it came in. After waiting a week decided to call them. They couldn't find any of my information so I drove there to see them in person because the day I dropped off my phone, two other customers stormed out upset. Turns out my phone was still in the back and they never ordered the replacement.
