Best Buy is a relatively okay store. Their prices are normally more expensive than most other electronics stores. I do not recommend their Geek Squad. There have been too many times in the past I have had to repair damage that Geek Squad has done in the past. That or Geek Squad has not done a good job at all. However, I do like the store as far as what they offer. Their sales representatives are not the most attentive. But they do have a good selection of product. If you shop at this Best Buy I recommend knowing what you want and a certain price range you're willing to pay.

Had to do a replacement on my headset.  They no longer had them so they gave me a new comparable headset.  The customer service was excellent too.  Very helpful.

Decent selection but high prices on most products. It's almost impossible to get a product price matched. Employees are a mixed bunch. Some are super helpful, others are are pushy and clueless.

A manager named Benny assumed I was trying to make a fake claim on returning a product. I was trying to exchange for another that was not faulty. Horrible service. Do not assume everyone is trying to cheat you. Do not recommend

Extrememly helpful staff they did all my shopping for my shopping for me and just brought it to me at the Counter. Helpful with my hands filled with kids.
