Had what we wanted. Super fast. BUT...my son was buying a computer. He was concerned his bank would let him make a large purchase with his card. It's part of his banks protection against theft.  
Well, the sales person says LET'S TRY ...and he rang it up. It declined. 
So as the solution we decided to charge $600 on his card...and I paid the balance with mine. Easy breezy we left. 
Next morning my son looks at his bank balance only to find Best Buy CHARGED TWICE. First they tell him his purchased was decline.... but then his charge is double? And so much for his banks "security" protection system. So please be aware if your making a large purchase with a card.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Store had a good selection and was laid out well with clear markings. Parking lot is a little small but there is a ton of parking right beside it, since it is by the mall.

This is a huge Best Buy. They have pretty much everything you need electronic wise. They are great with greeting you and helping find what you need. During Black Friday they were even great and had everything running so smoothly.

I visit this store on a regular basis. The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us switch our cell service from an old phone to a different one at no cost and in just a few minutes. They helped guide me in selecting the last computer I purchased.
