In my opinion, the best Kohl's store anywhere in the Pittsburgh/Southwestern PA region. Always well organized, clean, nice easy-to-navigate layout, merchandise is well-presented, displays maintained in an orderly and organized fashion (in other words, they are quick to clean up after customers who make a mess of displays/merchandise!) Cashiers and management always a pleasure to deal with, excellent customer service! If you ever have any type of issue, it's obvious that they will go to whatever lengths they are able to make things right, and that's the hallmark of great customer service! I rarely am compelled to write reviews, but the number of exceptional experiences I have had at this store caused me to research a way to leave them some type of praise! Can't think of a single negative aspect to report regarding this particular store! Fantastic shopping experience!!!

Great place to buy clothes and home goods during there sales! I personally wouldn't buy anything regular priced, its more expensive than other stores. Love to shop with there specials on top of rewards! Sometimes pay pennies for kids clothes.

Admittedly, it was Black Friday, but the cashier pretty much didn't even communicate with me at all.  My husband and I were juggling our toddler son out of the store and so even after I wasn't distracted because they'd left ahead of me, she never asked  for my rewards information, coupons or anything.  Luckily, I had my coupons ready, but I didn't get my rewards points because I was too distracted to remember on my own and a simple nudge of her asking if I had a rewards card (like they're supposed to) would have spurred me to provide it.

Very clean and the the men's displays were easy to read. At the checkout the cashier was friendly and asked if there was anything else I needed but could not find. I appreciate that.

out of so many size large clothes for men.  staff said they recently stocked up but found too many mediums and xxl, not enough large.  friendly staff, lots of low prices affordable things, they were out of my size in all 4 items of mens clothing i went there for.
