I will never shop here again! I bought something there before with rude customer service. I talked to someone then and thought everything was fine. So I bought a few pieces for my living room and dining room and had it delivered to my house they gave me the time for delivery. I cleared my calendar for the morning. They came very late with no apologies and When they brought my things in, not only did they NOT apologize for being late but my things were damaged! When I mentioned it They did nothing but look at me! I refused the merchandise and they had the nerve to get mad! When I called the store they refused to get me new merchandise or to discount anything! I suggest you stay away from here. Sometimes its better to pay full price than go to places like this and get treated horribly!

The two men that came to my home we’re very professional and set up my chair pretty quickly. One was from Cuba and the other was from the Dominican. They were hilarious and funny and didn’t mind the cold weather. The sales people at Bob’s furniture were very pleasant and kind. I would recommend anybody going to hear over any other store

I read the multiple reviews for this place and decided I would just find out for myself. The instant I walked in the door I was greeted by 6 different sales reps! Yes, it is probably to make a sale but still! Great customer service! Everyone was very friendly. I bought a wonderful couch that is great quality that other stores are trying to charge DOUBLE the price for!! Wonderful. I loved my experience. It isn't delivered yet, but I guarantee it'll go great, and if it doesn't, Bob's guarantee is to make sure it goes right!! 5+ stars!!!

Customers for Life!! My husband was in a very serious accident and suffered pelvis and lower back fractures. The Power Recliner was the only chair that would offer some relief from his pain. Amy Grabner and the store manager went above and beyond for us, allowing us to purchase the floor model! I know this isn't store policy and they had to pull some strings, and I can't tell you how appreciative I am for that!! We are now Customers for Life!! THANK YOU

Would like to share that sales associate Jennifer Erskine helped us patiently with our furniture buying. Not all sales associate will have the same customer handling skills and that made us take out time to write about people like Jennifer Erskine. We have been purschasing from Bobs furniture and very satisfied with the sturdy quality items and delivery and assembly service is great. Budget friendly quality workmanship home setup !!!
