I rated this store a 4 because no one is perfect, every store has its downfall whether it be in stock, price, service, atmosphere, or policies. The staff are always nice, and try their best to put on good faces. I've purchased floor models before, and although I couldn't get any off of it like I had hoped, they were kind of enough to try and find me a cheaper alternative while also explaining the reasoning. They try their best to provide the customer with good options, alternatives, experience, and day. Out of everything, their warranty center is certainly the worst, but then again so is every other warranty center and they can't help that (neither can the other stores). 

Overall, I enjoy going here than I do to Best Buy. I find the atmosphere is better, they actually try and mark down their floor models and discontinued items (if they aren't in the ad, it seems), I find their financing better, and they're always extremely friendly.

I've purchased a bed, washer and dryer, and television from HH Gregg. When I move, I'll likely buy all of my kitchen products from them!

The store itself I have had very good experience with. Their warranty center is a totally different story. I have had my Samsung TV worked on 2 times int he past. When the third time came around they warranty center told the repair center not to do the repair and I was told I would get a store credit to replace the TV. It is now around 4 months later and things are just now, hopefully, coming to a close. They first retracted their statement and basically told me they were closing my contract and I would get nothing. After a couple of months of arguing about that I found out that the amount they were claiming they spent on repairs included the last repair they never authorized to have done. Once this was brought to light with a manager things looked hopeful until I stopped hearing from the manage. After weeks of trying to contact her I finally had to go back through the process of getting a different one who seemed to get something done. I was told a month ago that the credit would be at the store. I had to call back again, after not being able to get the last manager, to find out the credit was never sent. Now the store is following up with the warranty center to find out where it is because it was supposed to be there two days ago. The warranty center has destroyed the hope of ever using them again. On top of all that, the last total I was told I am getting will not come close to replacing with a comparable unit so not sure what I will do on that. Warning to anyone with or getting a warranty through them, there is a clause in there that states up to a certain point, it is the warranty center's discretion if they will fix or replace your unit or not. So, of course, they won't so they don't have to put that money out there anymore. This was never explained to me in any way.

This company has been one of the most difficult companies that I have had to deal with. I purchased a TV, Surround Sound System and grill from HHgregg, the staff wasn't very knowledgeable about the products, but I had done my research so no big deal. A few months later I decided that I would purchase an Electric Fireplace from them online. It worked 3 days and completely quit. After 2 emails and 4 phone calls. STILL no one has helped me with a return or getting the faulty one replaced. Over my 4 phone calls I have spent over 2 hours on hold waiting to get some help and no one has done anything. This is the last time I will ever purchase anything from HHGregg. They pass you on to someone else, tell you they will get back and nothing gets resolved. Very disappointing. This has gone on for almost a month now.

Absolutely love this store! My washer tore up and they were able to deliver a new 1. They even installed it and called and thanked me for my purchase.  Very nice delivery guys.

I had a terrible experience today at HH Gregg Johnson City, TN. I ordered two tvs, I called to check if they were in before picking them up and was told by Anthony they were there. I go in and was greeted told them i was there to pick up a tv after waiting 10 mins i start to look at streaming media players. I asked another sales rep for a basic model of thr device i chose and was told they werent instock. Finally the sales rep came back and said my order was no where to be found. Anthony wasnt there to verify where he found them so i asked the Customer Service Manager to look and have the Store manager look as well id like to speak to him (i drove 100 miles round trip) was told sorry if you want a tv today you can have a 48 inch they are pretty much the same size said Kellye. That was a total insuly then she told me it would be November 30 before i get them i just asked her if she would ship them to my home instead of me driving back she looks at her computer and i was told their warehouse had -71 there and i would be waiting a month for my tv. So unsatisfied i walked out of the store only to find the media player i was looking for on sale for $39.99.  Very unhappy customer!
