Good store location. Staff is somewhat knowledgeable. Giving 4 stars because they don't always know what they actually have in stock. Called store to confirm a computer would be available for pick up same day. Attendant confirmed and recommended I complete the purchase online so they could reserve it for me. I did, but online said it was not available at location, would be available in a few days. Went to the store and met with another associate... The computer was not available for same day pick up.

Stood around for 45 min waiting for someone to help me after asking 2 different times. Kid up front wouldn't even get the manager when I asked! Went down the road and spent over 3k. Guess my money isn't good enough there. Employees were to busy taking pics of the shelves the just organized!?

Every single time I go in there they are rude and unwilling to help with anything that require any additional thought. Managers are not helpful either unless you get the general manager. Do not go to this store I go to the one in Charlotte they are so much better. I wish they would fire the entire force then maybe this place would get better. Do not go here do not go here. You have been warned DO NOT SHOP HERE. If you want go in and buy something and leave without talking to any of the reps you would have less migraines.

When it comes to electronics, Best Buy is actually--the BEST! Best selection. Best prices. Best service. Simply, the BEST! I've shopped around, a lot. Turns out to be a waste of time! Should have just gone to Best Buy!

Staff friendly and helpful. I always check for their clearance items for really good deals.
