Incredibly disappointed at the lack of customer service and follow-up from this location and their store manager, John. I have been waiting over six weeks for a replacement wine cooler. And no one can tell me when it will be in. On top of that- I am the one that is continually calling to get updates. Even after John promises I call....he never does. I guess their job is done after they have our money. Spend your money somewhere else!!

Terrible customer walked in and out without any greeting. We found what we wanted but decided to order online. Definitely not the experience we've had at other locations.

Lisa (mgr) and Mike are both awesome at the Madison store. Very helpful, even when I had a complaint about an email I recieved that I felt had conflicting offers. I will definitely shop here again and recommend them to others.

Be very careful when rebates are offered. I was told the date I had to claim my rebate.  The date was wrong and neither H&H Gregg or Maytag accepted any responsibility. I lost the $450 rebate. As builders we had bought thousands of dollars from them.  I will never purchase anything again from H&H Gregg or Maytag.
