Ask sales person  at the St. Joseph MO location about Item I was going to buy and he led me to the location where he said it was at. He just pulled a item off shelf and said it should work. He seem like he had been inconvenience and left the area. I examined the package  and found it wasn't what I need. Since no other salesperson was in  the area that could help , I just left the store. I will never return to this store for any future purchases I'm considering.

I have been buying and browsing from this store since it opened and have always had excellent friendly service and zero problems with the items I've bought. Keep up the great work. Love your store..........

Still love going in and actually seeing and experiencing the tech before buying!  Got a better price on the Nintendo Switch than I could get online, too.

Really good prices now, not at all like they used to be.  Friend bought a Dell laptop cheaper than Dell's   bought a Nintendo Switch for list price when no one else has any.

I purchased new hp printer laser jet pro MFP M130nw on April 12th. I am not happy with customer service or geek squad. All they want is money to try and solve my problem and geek squad treats you like you're stupid. They want to charge $140.00 to set up my computer with printer. I am returning the printer and will try to purchase one from some place that cares about their customers
