I'm not sure who and why someone would ever leave a good review to this business. Most likely these are either paid for or left by fake users. I should've trusted my gut and never ever dealt with D. Waterman (who btw has serious anger management, and possibly mental problems), when I decided to fix my LED TV. He is the owner and the only employee in the tiny, dirty, shity shop overfilled with super old patefonas, and record players. First thing he wants you to do is to hand him either a $65 check or cash NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, which you will never ever see again, regardless of any outcome. He would also feed you all the BS, and swerve away form all of your questions. It takes forever to get an estimate, if he ever even looks at your equipment.. Then he gets to name a price, which you most likely will end up accepting since you already handed him a deposit, or not accepting and take your equipment back. But he gets to keep your money no matter what, since you already signed a "fine print contract". I suppose that's how that fraud makes his money. Waterman acts like he's super important and you are almost wasting his time asking him questions. He would scream, curse, call you names, and yell at you out of blue. He's got no understanding of what CS is, and has no respect for anyone! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!

Bad, charged for estimate, then supposed to credit if you do the repairs to find out he can not repair the speakers after 2 month no refund lost $120

Awesome job Dion thanks so much for repairing this just in time for my husband's birthday! We really missed hearing our music from the surround sound. Thank you also for the good advise on how not to blow your receiver out.

Took a late model denon receiver in because of a bad left channel. Repaired in a few days for a reasonable price.

My Sony TV came back with excellent color and sharpness. My 32" set had developed a flicker. It was over 12 years old and I wondered if it was worth repairing. Dion indicated that it was Sony's top of the line at that time. He also noted a crack in the case that I'd missed. All was repaired within a few weeks and the results are impressive. Thanks, Dion.
