Trying to find a particular item, and absolutely clueless as to where to find it... I walked past SEVEN employees, with no acknowledgement whatsoever. None of which were helping customers. All of them were either on their phones, or clustered together talking about video games. After finally finding what I went in for, the kid at the register asked if I’d found everything I was looking for. I told him I had, no thanks to the many employees that flat out ignored me. His response was to literally laugh. That’s the last time I’ll buy anything from that store. Bye bye, BestBuy!

Best Buy was having a great sale on ipads. I found they had quite a few tablets I was interested in, not just a few but many. I was happy I could buy exactly what I wanted.

I have to say costumer service was great at this location. Managers and people at costumer service went beyond and over to help resolve my issue regarding online purchase and store purchase. Thank you so much for all the help :) Mike Kelley did outstanding job as well as Chris latini, they helped me to not lose faith in BestBuy and to keep me a happy costumer and keep coming back and why i choose bestbuy over many other stores, it’s because of costumer care, Little things count they mean a lot to costumer.

My uncle 81 years old was sold a smartphone from this store about two months ago, he has no ability to learn to use this phone. Today I brought him in to help clear up another problem he was having with the phone (emergency calls only). 

I allowed my uncle to try to explain the problem, which he could not because he was incoherent just like he was 2 months ago. 

The gentlemen who we saw today is the same man who sold my uncle the phone, I suggested to him that he should not be selling phones to people when it is pretty clear they will only have trouble using advanced technology and a simpler phone would have been better. 

When someone takes advantage of a child or and elderly person we genneraly label these types of people or companies predators.
