Customer service is outstanding! The environment walking in is welcoming to say the least. I believe Pedro helped me get my new phone this time, and he was very nice, knew what he was doing and got me in and out of there. Love it ! Costumer service at this store unfortunately is the worst.
Yes there is one or two employees who will go out of their way to help but overall most employees won't care unless you are buying something.
EVEN IF you're buying something most try to push cases, screen protectors and other items to make a sale.
It's understandable they make extra cash on commission but some common sense here and there should be expected but now days "common" sense is not so common anymore.
But that's what you get when you have one of the worst cellphone providers around.
Like I said one or two employees save the store but it's not enough overall.
Hopefully they'll value these employees and give them the money they're worth since they save the store when it comes to costumer service.
Now that I'm done with sprint won't have to return there.

Sprints call customer service is terrible.
This store isn't bad..
I've always had a good experience.
Helpful workers...

Never had to wait to talk to a sales person. Converting from Verizon was simple. Nice to save $ for the same service.
