I cannot believe the level of incompetence with one of their employees here. Brought in a MacBook Air to show them available memory space & purchase a program to install at home. Got home only to realize it was in CD format, this computer does not have that feature & the idiot employee knew this. Called to complain, they assured me they could upload program next visit. Got there next day only to find out they need to keep computer for "2-3 days"....no choice but to leave it. This 2nd employee was much more knowledgeable than the idiot from day one. They called later the same day, upload is complete. Picked up & idiot says its all set but fails to mention the battery is dead, thus unable to check their work.
Never going back again, if necessary I'll ship the computer somewhere to have work done.

I have never been more dissatisfied with customer service as I was here. I made an appointment with apple to go here and get my iPhone battery replaced and I wasn't even there for 5 minutes and the young employee who looked like he just rolled out of bed was extremely rude and short with me. He first told me i had to drive to higham to get it done and if not I had to be put on a month long waiting list, he argued with me about it then finally took my name and wrote my name and number down on a blank piece of paper. I wouldn't be surprised if he threw away the paper after I left.
