Just had an AWESOME  experience with Wendy at customer service returns. I previously purchased a 24 inch Vizio Chromecast built in which doesn't work for meas due to utilizing your phone. She assisted me in choosing the right TV (24 inch Samsung) that comes with YouTube on it "no phone needed". Having YouTube is on big deal when you have 2 little ones. Wendy is a huge asset as she greets yoy with an awesome smile and provides the best service ever experienced!!!!

easily laid out and all knowledgeable staff, even though I knew what I was going in for ahead of time. nothing but good things to say about this store if you're going in your gaming/electronics--they always treat me right.

I didn't get a warm welcome when me and my 10 year old daughter, and brother went in to actually make some large purchases. It seemed like all the employees were huddled up just shooting the breeze and forgot about the hospitality, and attention to customer service part of the job. We left without making a purchase.

It's all relative and I'm not saying they're perfect, but I've never been to a better Best Buy. There's hardly a more consistently pleasant retail experience around the Mansfield area. I actually prefer shopping here vs online.

I was a long time regular at the Taunton store until I found out they were closing.  I had an item pre-ordered with pick up scheduled for the Taunton store. There was an issue because Taunton wasn't going to be open anymore when the pick up time cane around. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I went Into Best Buy Taunton and was told there was nothing that could be done. I happened to be picking up another pre-ordered item in Mansfield and mentioned to the customer service manager there about what happened.  She took the next 45 mins to make phone calls and get the issue resolved which she could have brushed off. All the staff so far with my several visits, has been extremely pleasant to deal with. They always listen to my problem and answer whatever questions I may have; and should they not be able to answer it themselves they will call someone who can. I'm sad the Best Buy that was less than 10 mins from my house is closed, but I'm happy I found another best buy store with better customer service.
