I realize it is a "boutique" store compared to other locations - but the staff here have always been helpful and courteous.  They have even gone so far as to check inventory in other stores to help me get what I was looking for.  I've never been disappointed here and have been coming to this store since they opened.

The staff here are VERY unprofessional. There's one staff who is super friendly and is not apposed to doing his job. Carlos ! If you need assistance , see him ! On this particular visit everyone had a pissy attitude. I was even flagged on my way out and asked for a receipt for a item I paid for and had a bag for it. When I asked the sales associate out of curiosity how long they've had this policy his response was " forever". I asked him how long he's been employed his response was "2 years" . Then become aggressive and defensive. When I was genuinely trying to understand why I was flagged down. This isn't acceptable behavior. I spoke with the manager Brandon. Who was super understanding and sympathetic! I hope he speaks with Gary and informs him that this is not acceptable behavior! I WILL NOT be returning here!

The staff were quick to help, Peter was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and then some and even went out of his way to go into the mall to get us the size and color Fitbit we wanted!

The salesperson was so helpful he helped me make what I thought was a hard decision by making it easy and helped me make products easy too send overseas on line
