When my husband and I went to this store to switch over from another Carrier. There was a special going on. Hand in your old phones and tmobile would pay off your old contract. So we did this. Couple months later I get nasty letter from old carrier that final bill had not been paid. I go to t mobile and then told I have to teens a copy of my final bill ( I don't have) and submit it on line to t mobile, and I will have to pay 90.00 per line to my old carrier. 
This is Total bullshit!!!!!
I was never told this or I would not of never changed companies 
I have to go to my old carrier to get my final bill then go on line and submit it for a refund that takes 8 weeks minimum. While my credit score is taking a hit from t mobile.

T-Mobile may be one the best but that depends the manager of the store.
I give this store the lowest of ratings because they fail to provide good customer services and public relations on technical services or any issues involving T-Mobile products and services to third party vendors such as WalMart Family Mobile, which is powered by T-Mobile.
When I could not get an answer from WalMart on a problem with basic phone services, they tell me that it is an issue with T-Mobile's towers.
When I went to this store, they did not know anything about calling their technicians to see if there were any outages or repairs in the works at the towers in the area.
My point in this is that this store manager does not run the store with the focus of quality customer service but with just the focus of selling as many phones and plans as possible.
A product and plans without good technical support services is useless to be involved with, I am surprise that the owners of this store would have a manager in placed that don't know good old fashion public relation techniques.

Was not given full details on the promotion i received. Had to call Samsung in the promotion that was offfered by TMobile

Always busy but there's a reason behind that. You can't beat T-Mobile it's the best of all carriers
