Visited in the middle of the afternoon to look at smart watches. Employees were everywhere, however, none would help. When I finally tracked one down for questions the employee was disinterested, apparently joking around with his buddies was more important. I asked them if they price match, they said they do but they would not match Amazon. Ordered the watch I want from Amazon... saved $25 plus tax. Now we know why Best Buy is closing so many stores.

I bought a $1500, computer in February 2017. It quit working due to my filling in a password that was only for HP. The store manager said there was nothing he could do about it. It was my 4th computer to buy for my family in 5 years and that ment nothing to the manager. Didn't even try to give me options. If they had not closed the following month, I wanted to picket them this Christmas. I can't just forget about that kind of money.

the staff was quick to catch us coming in the door, was directed to the area for the product choices. Was met again at the suggested area, the staff asked what we were looking for, showed us the choices, left us alone to decide, nice and pleasant shopping experience in and out quickly for a wire free mouse.

I had an excellent experience last weekend. I was shopping for a new laptop and had looked at different options and talked to people about where to go to buy one. I decided on Best Buy. I printed a student coupon which they honored and gave me $100 off. My associate Cody was pleasant, respectful and pointed to the exact product I needed for me with no pressure. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The Best Buy credit card also has financing with no interest for several months (I can't remember if it was 12 or 24).
