We purchased an iPad here, and were very pleased with the quality, price, and the staff. We asked a ton of questions, and they were so patient and knowledgeable. While we were there, one of the techs replaced the home button on an iPhone while the customer waited. Another customer came in and they were honest in letting her know the price to repair was probably going to be more than it was worth. We will be bringing our MacBook in for some much-needed maintenance that we have been putting off because we weren't comfortable with some of our options. We highly recommend Digital Doc!

The reps are so personable and knowledgeable. On my initial call to inquire about their services the rep voluntarily started troubleshooting and trying to resolve my problem without asking my name or for a credit card. I ended up having to take my laptop in and again they tried to immediately fix it but I had major problems. I dropped it off on Friday afternoon and picked it up Monday evening. They kept me informed throughout and got my approval on repairs and costs. There was no extra charge for such prompt service and it works perfectly now. Exceptional staff and great prices.

Awesome service. Friendly, fast and complete. They know their business. Fixed my daughters iPhone for less than 75 when Apple wanted 300.

I had a very good experience. I appreciate Chandler taking the time to do a thorough evaluation of my computer. The redo on my old computer was great. It's great to have a new machine that runs really good. I like the Chandler took the time to give me the best deal on all the parts that were required. I will definitely recommend digital Doc and Chandler.
