Every time I visit they always do something wrong. The sales rep Josh wasn't very helpful at all. I returned a phone and a couple days later sprint called me saying I never returned it. I started a new plan and I really didnt have a idea of what kind of phone i wanted but Josh wasn't too helpful with that either. He didnt try and sale any other products smh. I like sprint but it wasn't the best experience.

I don't think I received a smile from any of the individuals in the store. Not the person who greeted me a note the person I was assigned to. Further, the lady I was assigned to was busy on her phone for another five or 10 seconds before she could help me. No apologies no nothing. The girl was not able  to explain why I have so many dropped calls other than I need to use Wi-Fi calling in my house. This seems like something they could've set up over the phone with me right?!  When I told him I had an appointment with Apple to see if it was a phone issue she said they would likely tell me  to go back to Sprint. When I asked why my calls dropped around the Sprint campus she just laughed and said so do hers! Sorry sprint you need to figure this out and get your staff up to par! This is embarrassing all the way around I can't believe we ever decided to use Sprint.

Okay they were packed and we weren't looking forward to waiting 20 minutes but Carter and Miranda help us soooooooo well and made us so happy and ill never go to any other sprint because Carter was so sweet and helpful.

Poor, 3 CSRs walking around, 1 of which was talking on her phone laying on a chair.  Poor Poor customer service, and I used to work for Sprint.
