When I came here last weekend with some friends of mine I spotted character figurine that I thought my husband might be interested in. We checked around online to compare prices and found that the item was much cheaper than even places like eBay. With that in mind, my husband and I came by this evening to trade in a few electronics we were no longer using. One of them was a phone that we had restored to make sure our user data was no longer on the device. The associate told us the phone was apparently "improperly" reset to factory defaults and, although my husband politely told her that he is a mobile technician and he is without a doubt certain that the proper procedure had been followed, they  had reset the phone again due to their standards. While it was resetting they derogatorily asked that if he worked at a phone store why did he not sell it there to which he reminded her of a special GameStop was currently running for an extra percentage for phones traded in- they scoffed at this remark. After this they said the phone needed a SIM card in order to continue through the setup process. We did not have one they could borrow and they scoffed at us again saying they could not purchase the phone. While we looked around, waiting for the other item to charge in order to be evaluated, another associate came into the store. The associate who was evaluating our trade-ins spoke to the new associate telling them they suspected us of stealing the phone.
All in all it was a terrible experience. Not just because of the attitude of the associate, but because they had the audacity to belittle us to our face and to accuse of us stealing within earshot! I can understand being skeptical because people attempt to sell stolen items all the time, but talking about it out loud while we are maybe only four feet away is downright insulting and extremely unprofessional.
I cannot recommend this location to anyone. Stay away if you value good customer service- because this place surely does not provide it.

Probably the LEAST handicapped accessible business I've ever been to.  Staff wasn't helpful and didn't even offer to move stuff so I could get around to the counter or out from the check out area.  Fortunately, another customer helped me by moving a pile of Xbox consoles so I could leave.

Sometimes the people who work here know less about video games than me. Not much variety compared to other gamestops.

Had exactly what i needed, reserved it for me, didn't try to get me to buy stuff I didn't want. In and out in less than 5 min.
