Overall great experience.  The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the confusion among several associates (sales people) over how to manage my "exchange" for a damaged laptop.  In the end, they even found an additional $24 compensation.  I got a much nicer,  Geek Squad insured, system because of the astute, knowledgeable, and highly likable sales clerk.

For the most part I'd rate this a good place to buy techie doodads and home goods. They have quite a good range and usually you can find a member of staff who is really helpful and can talk through the various options. Every once in a while you may find that members of staff have become an endangered species and there are none to be found anywhere.

Standard price is the regular retail price but they have fairly frequent sales. If you're expecting bargain basement prices you'll probably want to look elsewhere. They have a loyalty program but it only offers a $5 coupon for every $250 you spend, and the coupon is only valid for a couple of months, so it's not hugely generous.

It is a standard bog box Best buy.  It is relatively clean and well stocked.  The knowledge level of the staff is hit or miss on items, and there is almost no knowledge about items outside their department. Which is not a bad thing overall I guess. The prices are very reasonable.

This store is a tech lovers paradise. I went in thinking about purchasing a new Tablet, to add a device to my YouTube channel, and ended up getting a smart phone instead. The reason was simple, the store actually had the device on hand, which allowed me to pick it up and try it out. There are very few, if any, stores that carry a Sony Xperia. The price was right and then the salse person looked for any sales running and managed to save me another $50.00 on the price if the device. I can highly recommend this store for any of your electronics needs and more.

One of my favorite Best Buy’s compared to what’s around.  In my opinion would be that Lancaster pa Best Buy is the only one around better than state college.  In the way of what the store has in stock and available, or extra services like a geek squad.
