Pretty certain this store doesn't want to sell product. Called the store to ask about a particular stove. They didn't answer their phone. I was on hold for 27 minutes until finally being routed to a Pittsburg store. That kind woman tried 3 different extensions at the Johnstown location and even she couldn't reach anyone
 Guess I will purchase elsewhere

A I entered the store, I was greeted by their friendly staff and guided to the appropriate area for the merchandise I was interested in buying fairly quickly. During my recent visit, I was very impressed with your sales associate, Karissa.  She was patient and answered all my questions on printers and ink jet cartridges and helped me make a decision quickly.  Karissa did an excellent job.  She was professional, very knowledgeable, warm, friendly and efficient!  I continue to have great shopping experiences in everything I have purchased at Best Buy!

First, I was greeted as soon as walked into the store. I appreciated that. Then, he led me to the associate that could help me. I was looking for a new digital camera and the salesperson was extremely helpful and considerate. He answered all my questions, helped me with my decision and was very polite. I forget his name but he was very professional looking also. Everything he said about shipment was exactly right. Thank him for all his help.

Didn't have a car charger for the DJI Mavic Pro Platinum :( they had everything else! And the kid working there had no idea about the drones didn't ask anyone else I guess it's normal to higher employees and not train them on the products they sell???? Why are they even there if they don't know about the products beyond they display,???
