Bought an iPhone 8 outright based on the sales staffs misleading assurance that it was unlocked and possible to use internationally (at a $100 premium by the way). The phone was NOT unlocked and requires a Verizon SIM for activation.
I went back and spoke with the sales staff again and they said they were unwilling/unable to help and that Verizon or Apple would need to fix it. Went to Verizon and they assured me that all their phones are unlocked out of the box and it is a special Best Buy thing, so could not help.
Needless to say I will be buying direct from Apple in the future.

This bestbuy has the most helpful and friendly employees in pretty much the whole state. Go to this best buy for real help and service.

to 4 employees standing around chatting, not asking guests if they might need assistance. Was walked by a few times by a couple different employees before the cashier waking by helped me upon request. And it's the same way every time I go in.
