Seems as though we buy a product less than a year old, it always breaks! It’s NEW. Should not be having this problem. Won’t be covered under warranty because warranty is up 4 months ago. It’s just strange that everything is covered 100% under warranty but as soon as warranty is up something goes wrong. Everyone is friendly enough, but I won’t be buying from Aaron’s again.

Aaron's is usually pretty good about customer service. I have called 4 different times today to make a payment, and I guess they are "too busy" to answer the phone.

I've been a customer for over 4 years and I love them.  If anything brakes  they fix or replace no problem.. And when I am going to be late on a payment and I tell Pat the first time he calls I don't get called 6 times a day.  They have always worked with me.

I have been going through Aaron's for almost a year now.  I have always paid my bill so I have never had an issue.  I guess the people that don't follow the programs are the ones having the most trouble.  These people have been nothing but polite, considerate and respectful any and every time I have been in there.  I will continue to do business and refer business as long as our relationship status stays the same and I don't see it going south anytime soon!

BEWARE! Do not go anywhere near here!  Horrible horrible customer service. I bought a tv from them and they have been tacking on fees left and right despite that I pay on time every month. I confront them on why I got charged a late fee and get talked to and treated like an absolute dog! While they still refuse to take off the late fee and force me to pay more money on top of it. Aaron's will NEVER see my business again. Be warned never to go here.
