Standard best buy... nothing special. I normally come here to browse and test out new equipment. The prices are always higher than competitors and almost all items can be found at other major stores. If you are looking to test popular hardware such as a cellphone or computer (common name brands like Apple, Samsung, HP, etc) then this is a great place to do such. Just remember to look for the same stuff elsewhere for cheaper and pay attention to specs

Terrible service. Shame. I've been to other best buy locations that were much better. Multiple people gave me conflicting information for the same products and services.

Rude employees...I entered the store just a few minutes before closing time. knew exactly what I needed. went right to it...locked up...find employee with key...waited for them to unlock.... stopped on way out to grab a usb phone cable....ask employee about other phone cable section and he replied " we do but we're closed" implying that I needed to hurry to register and my shopping was halted... I own a business and I'd fire any idiot employee willing to lose sales rushing paying customers because they ready to leave crappy mindless job early. I drove 30 miles to this location... I said " you're not closed because I'm still in here" ....he walked away as he could see I wasn't impressed and I probably will avoid shopping here in the future. Not the first unpleasant experience here either just the most recent...wish radio shack still existed

I just went in Best Buy about 3 days ago, and had amazing service. 4 people had asked very politely if I needed any help within 15 min of entering. Browsed the store for about 30 min, found exactly what I was looking for, and within 5 min after asking if he could check me out, I was all purchased and waking to my car. Thank you, Best Buy for being so friendly and professional.

DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM BEST BUY! Horrific customer service. They had multiple missed/changed appointments and I had to call them to find out what was going on. Multiple hours of phone calls, being put on hold and missed work just to get a dishwasher installed that did not end up functioning properly. Best Buy hung up on me multiple times over multiple days and then offered laughably small compensation for the all the issues once I finally got through to someone who didn't hang up on me. And then on top of that, they said a new dishwasher to replace the one they finally delivered that didn't function properly would not be available for another 2 1/2 weeks.
