I've tried to give hhgregg chances throughout the years, they've never changed! Every time I've been into their stores, I'm immediately greeted and "pre-qualified" by their commission-based sales staff. Admittedly, I purposely do not put on my "Sunday Best" when I go shopping, but it would be nice to not be shunned when shopping! I always get ignored by the sales staff (usually huddled around in groups) until I, ultimately, leave and drive to their competition across the street (where I've been a "Silver Elite" member for the past 5 years....means that I spend $4k/yr in the store). So put on a suit, take off your hat and "look the part" or save yourself some frustration and shop at one of the other "Box Stores" or Amazon....Unless you are in the mood to be treated like garbage.

The staff is knowledgeable and they price match. Sometimes they are a bit low on stock but overall a nice store.

Love their financing offers! Prices are very good for what your buying compared to others like Best Buy, Walmart, Meijer etc...
