Former employee, i enjoyed working there most of the employees were pretty knowledgeable about the products and the management was always nice while i worked there

Went to upgrade my phone service and to get new phones at best buy. Had 3 different people help me, the first guy gave me all nad information and lied about the price of the phones. The second lady had the biggest attitude, and moved at such a slow pace, gave me even more wrong information and, changed the price from the original agreement. Then the third lady i felt bad for bc she had to fix and correct all the mistakes, lies, and wrong information from the first 2 people. Then i get passed back to the first guy who has no idea what he is doing, cant do his job, or provide the right information. And then still lied about the price of the phone. I wasted 4 hours at best buy between waiting in line and the 2 people providing wrong, misleading information. Two days I have gone there and wasted my time to be lied to and mislead.

Great store if you can find what you are looking for without help of customer service. It took me asking three different men for help before I realized they did not have what I needed. The first employee just handed me over to someone else since he didn't know what I needed and the second employee handed me off to someone that walked off in mid conversation.  Very disappointed and hope in the future there will be other options for me than having to go in this store.

never go there, and buy your computer online. I bought a workstation yesterday and the salesman there was like he is my customer. What's more ridiculous was after I got that computer home, it could not even be turned on! So I went back to them and asked my money back. None of them even apologized. If you want to make yourself really angry, go to Best Buy and enjoy!

I can NEVER get anyone on the phone. I have called multiple times and still end up having to drive to the store just to ask a question.
