An absolute pleasure doing business here. My family was in town from Ohio and we decided to rent a couple electric bikes. They were extremely friendly and helpful during the check out process. The owner made it seem like we were the only people in the store. He took time to explain different places to go and how the trip as a whole. He gave us a free hour as well. 

The business is a breath of fresh air compared to some other business around town. It really made you feel appreciated for renting there bikes.

All in all, I would highly recommend renting a bike from these people. Great experience.

We have worked with Terry, the owner, a few times over the last year.  Our first electric bike was basically "recalled" for a bad battery connection.  We returned our bike and put our credit to a new upgraded bike.  The team here is so knowledgable and puts forth the effort to remedy any situation to assure that you, the rider, are happy in the end.  We will be returning for future purchases!  Best ELECTRIC Bike store in Denver!  Thanks guys.

The customer service is phenomenal at Best Electric Bikes USA.  I have a Stromer Ebike that my husband purchased a year ago at another bike shop.  He has since passed away and I am wanting to sell the bike.  I have been unable to find the keys to this bike.  I called the bike shop where my husband purchased it and they told me I would have to bring the bike in and have the whole lock and key replaced which was going to cost me close to $200.  I decided to call around and found Best Electric Bikes USA who also sells Stromer bikes.  Dusty immediately called Stromer, gave them the serial # to the bike and within less than a week I picked up a new set of keys at Best Electric Bikes USA, and he was more than happy to help me!!  I told him he was a miracle worker!!

i would have to say ten stars if I could. If I had more time to tell the story of the family and support here at electric bikes u would be shocked. So let's just say they are the best!! They will go to any leanght the help get us on the road and enjoy the small things in life that are so huge to us costomers!! So happy holidays to electric bikes and happy new year. I can't wait to bring in the new year with you guys. Thank you so very much!
