What a fantastic company! I’ve rarely had a company bend over backwards to accommodate my build changes, and the quality of the product is amazing and is worth the wait. 

While they did not have my size to demo, they have brand ambassadors for you to reach out to so you can check the fit. Because of this, I was able to order the right size off the bat!

Great people making great bikes. Love my GG Trail pistol. Tough to find affordable, handmade bikes in the US these days. With an emphasis on having fun and making badass bikes, what else could you ask for. Matt and Will have put together an excellent team and product and I highly recommend their bikes.

Shreddy, affordable mountain bikes manufactured in Denver for smashing rocks and stuff. Great people here who know what they're doing, which is pretty much unheard of: making awesome mountain bikes in the United States of America for way, way less than you think.

Ordered a bike.  31 days after payment cleared I still was not offered a ship date.  I began to cancel my order, they finally prioritized my bike.    We begged them to expedite the shipping.  Sure we got the bike in 3 days instead of 2 not a big deal that I didn't get it in time to ride for my birthday, I'd have it for a decade. When I got the frame and we put it together it was beautiful.  Hands down the prettiest bike I've ever seen.  I was in love.  I went to stand over my new prize and both of my legs couldn't reach the ground.  The bike was advertised as having a 27 inch stand-over height.  The height of the stand-over directly in front of the seat was 33 inches.  I was crestfallen. When we finally got someone on the phone they were wholly unapologetic. They thought we should be super appreciative that they FINALLY made my order a priority so I wouldn't go to another company.  When I brought up to them they couldn't be bothered to give me the right size t shirt, Will a founder of Guerilla Gravity gave me a perfunctory apology.  My card would be refunded after they received the frame back, they have to protect their interest claimed Will. 3 weeks to a bike festival that was planned for months is of none of their concern. Unproductive conversation. I should be appreciative that they tried to deliver on a payment they had for 6 weeks.  Glad so many other had a positive experience.  I did not.
