So I had a bolt cone loose I Alfred if they could help and told them I should Judy walk home if it would cost they took my bike bike literally tightened my bolt in less then a minute came back and charged me a hour I expressed that isn't way I said this place had no selection and will completely rip you off if been to bigger shops all over Denver and this is by far the worst do not come in wrist part they charged me a hour and didn't even fix it  didn't remove the tire just snugged so unless you want a mechanic to charge got for a hour of work spend five minutes not even fixing and send you out on a unsafe bike DON'T COME HERE THEY WOOL SCREW YOU AND MAKE YOUR BIKE UNSAFE TO RIDE WITH SERVER LIKE THIS THEY WON'T BE HERE LONG

Don't go to slo hi.  They refused to repair my bike ensuring it's safe to ride.  Queen City did a fantastic job with affordable parts and service.  Highly recommended!

This is such a great bike shop! Ethan and Michelle have always provided exceptional service to our bikes. Better yet they won't try to sell you anything you don't want or need. Always love coming here and bringing in my bike for tuneups. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out.
