Customer service is terible. I walked in the store with 4500 in cash and walked right out. They lost a good sale becouse they have no people skills.

the worst place ever, after purchasing a bedroom set, they told me I have to to go to a different location to pick it up. I got a problem with my bedroom, told me they stop doing that model. very unprofessional.

THIS WAS THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING FURNITURE. THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION NEED CUSTIMER SERVICE TRAINING. THEY WERE THE MOST UNCONCERNED PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! These people are so rude and unprofessional! We paid for our merchandise and the salesman never explained that we had to travel to another location to pick up our stuff. Then once we got to the location for pick up they got upset and said that we couldn't get our merchandise until a later date. The lady kept yelling at her employees and calling them idiots in front of an audience of customers. We got our stuff that day but we were rushed and we didn't get to inspect the merchandise before hauling it away. Also, our ticket was stamped with an all sales are final no refunds or exchange stamp after we paid for it which was another thing they failed to mention. So sad that this place has very nice furniture but the customer service is just horrible. Never again!
