Thank you to Mr. Norm and Best Plumbing!  Our home had an ancient, customized, Rube Goldberg** type supplemental water heating system plumbed into the wood stove and the chances of obtaining repair parts were precisely zero.  Norm diagnosed the problem, corrected it plus the 2 other household items and I am a satisfied customer and will not hesitate to recommend this establishment.
Norm and the apprentice (sorry--forgot name) were punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned up the messes.
IF you call Best Plumbing, please hope Mr. Norm is your plumber.

Had an emergency situation Friday night, the night before the long weekend Holiday.  I called Best at 8:52pm and by 10pm a very knowledgable, prompt, competent you man named Kurt arrived.  He took the time to explain to me what was happening and what his plan of action was.  He was courteous and professional.  He fixed my problem and gave me suggestions as to what should be done next.  THANKS KURT!!  I was able to go on my Holiday without worrying about my place flooding with sewage!
