We contacted Fox Plumbing & Heating for a natural gas line repair. Previous owners had done a short cut routing of the gas line that infringed on the overhead space of the garage. Fox came out and routed it properly so it wasn't protruding down an extra 6". This allowed our new garage door to have a front mount spring. Fox responded the same day I contacted them and were flexible and could provide a technician in the afternoon when we were available. He provided an estimate for the work and then performed it on the spot. For the work from 3 - 4:30PM, with parts, labor and tax, it cost $650. The parts was negligible, so the hourly rate for their services is pricey, but they are licensed plumbers. Additionally, we had contacted at least two other plumbing contractors and each did not do natural gas work in Seattle, so Fox was unique in their capabilities. Fox does not offer a military discount whereas other Seattle area plumbing services do.

We had a great experience with Fox Plumbing and highly recommend them. Konrad, Eric G, Eric L were wonderful to work with. We had our sewer line replaced and it became more complicated than expected. They worked long days, were extremely professional, and did high quality work. They cleaned up the work site meticulously every single night -- I was very impressed. They have definitely earned our trust and repeat business. We've already scheduled them to come out and do additional work for us!

Last Sunday afternoon, my sewer was backing up into my downstairs shower. Jerrod arrived and took care of unclogging my main drain. He took extra care to protect my home, so there way no damage my carpet while moving his equipment. He had to move all his heavy equipment around to my backyard on the very hot afternoon. I appreciate his professional manner and hard work. Thank you!

Fast service! They answer their phones! I live in a home made by an amateur builder, who left us with some poorly executed plumbing. The plumber from Fox quickly identified the source of leak coming from a first-floor ceiling light fixture (yes), and made the repair to our second-floor shower with minimal damage to our first-floor ceiling. When I left home during the job and called Fox customer service with a question for my plumber, the representative kindly relayed my question to my technician, who promptly called me back with an answer. The job was completed within the up-front estimated time frame, and even slightly under budget. The technician thoroughly tested his repair before leaving to confirm there was no more drip, and cleaned up nicely---he even changed the light bulb in the light fixture! Very happy with Fox Plumbing and will call them the next time we have a problem. Thank you!!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and found that the old plumbing connection for the kitchen sink did not work with the new sink and faucet. We had Ryan come out to resolve the challenge. He quickly assessed the situation and explained all the options. As the best choice options would require removing and potentially damaging our brand new cabinets and countertops, he started thinking outside the box. In the end, he came up with a great solution, connected our faucet, and identified and fixed an additional leak from our attempts to install the faucet. Ryan was honest, creative, and efficient. I have recommended him already to my neighbors!
