We had an upstairs toilet leak through the ceiling downstairs.  I called Scottco at 8 in the morning and they were there by 9.  Phil was super friendly, gave me a honest opinion about a project that I thought we should do and he didn't agree with, and he didn't flinch when I threw the rest of my plumbing to-do list at him.  Even better, I called them back the next day to ask a question about how long to air out my ceiling before drywalling it again and they not only remembered my situation (which I didn't think was THAT remarkable) but they took the time to answer all my questions without making it seem like they were trying to get off the phone.  I will absolutely call them again in the future.

Scott and his crew replaced all the supply lines and fixtures, installed a new gas water tank, added to existing gas lines and decommissioned the old water radiator system in our multifamily house in Tacoma.  We couldn't be happier with the quality of their work and customer service.  They were very responsive to us as we inadvertently created a few unexpected challenges for them along the way without adding to the cost.  He quoted us one very reasonable price and that is what we paid.  While we hope not to need a plumber in a very long time, we know we have found a reliable one in Scott and Scottco and for that, we are grateful.

I called about a plumbing problem at noon. Scott said he could be there by 3. He and his crew showed up before 2 and had the problem fixed by 2:30. Very professional service, reasonable cost, no hidden fees or emergency charges. I highly recommend!

If I was staying in the area, Scott would be saved in my phone.  He and his crew were always prompt and always completely helpful.  They delivered a bang up job and were able to price it where I could afford it and continue with the many other projects on my rental property.  Sometimes google searches don't work out your way, but I don't think that will happen with these guys.  Thank you Scott & Brandon.
