Your company has gained another satisfied customer.  Richard is pretty amazing.  He is knowledgable, professional and works at a dead run.  Pretty respectful of your customers time, and money.  I want to commend the woman who sets up the appointments.  I've done business with many companies she is by far the best I've dealt with.  Like Richard, she is professional and efficient.  She doesn't get offended when asked to break down pricing if I'm being honest.  She was the deciding factor in my hiring your company.  Don't lose either of these employees.

I  am a commercial customer.  I have some broken drains needing repair and a suspicious sewer in my parking garage.  I called and asked them youto  come do an estimate on the roof drain,  and take a look at the sewer and tell me if it was functioning properly. 

Not only was the first person they sent rude and had no interest in listening to me explain why he was there,  he proceeded to grab gear and head to the sewer.  

I had some stuff to do in the vicinity so I  let him fumble about.  He goes over,  looks at it for 5 minutes,  says it could use a 45 but the water level is correct and he doesn't need to do anything else.  

I said that's good,  but what about the estimate? Confused,  he then became interested in what I  had to say.  Longer story short,  somebody else needed to come out(the person they should've sent first)  he did,  looked "with his eyes" at the issues I wanted addressed,  did what he needed,  and left. 
Ok, straightened out in the long run? I  got the estimate.  It was fair and less than a previous. But then I  got the bill. The first Yahoo charged me for a service call and labor. 

I intend to take this up with the company.  Will update.

I have used Derek of your staff on several occasions and could not be more pleased.  Always timely, knowledgeable, and he seems to possess a talent or "gift" for "seeing" through to the end of a job before he starts..... well planned layout of pipes, keeps up-to-the-minute in knowledge of methods, practices, and codes.  Based on many experiences, Fischer is my first and only choice.  Thank you

You guys are wonderful.  On time, clean up is easy, They even haled away the sink.  Services great Billing reasonable.
