DO NOT BOOK !! Absolutely terrible experience. Started the moment I pulled into the parking lot & the hotel looked a hot mess. They were clearly rennovating which was new news as nothing was mentioned on the website. The pictures shown online aren’t even from this hotel. The lobby is nice, clean, and up to date. However, we continued to have issues the moment we parked around back by our room. The doors had yet to be labeled with room inners which isn’t a huge deal. When we opened our door it immediately smelt like someone had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes (& none of us are smokers). Almost every single towel was stained & a handful had holes. The air conditioner unit didn’t work. One of the beds had a crater permanently left in it, causing it to be indented in and uncomfortable. There are no deadbolts which was concerning. WORST of all...after being gone all morning we came back by the hotel to change before a surprise party and our door was left open. For those who don’t know the doors of this hotel are all outside and accessible to the public. So who knows how long our door was open allowing anyone who walked by to go inside. When I went to call the front desk in order to express my concern I realized our phone didn’t even work. Needless to say I walked into the front lobby and made it clear as polite as possible that this was unacceptable. The staff member didn’t seem too concerned, however, she did ask me to look to make sure nothing was missing. I was informed that housekeeping had just left for the day so she would have to relay the message. Shutting a door is an everyday simple task and is something their employees don’t seem to take too seriously. When checking out this morning it was clear the message of our not so great experience had not been passed on as the nice lady at the front desk had no idea what we were talking about. Needless to say I would never recommend this place to anyone and I definitely won’t be staying there next time I come in town.

Our room was nice and remodeled. However, this hotel was a mess. Everything was tore up when we arrived. I honestly was scared walking to my room. It reminded me of one of those scary movies where a murderer is hiding behind a wall waiting to grab you and pull you into a vacant room. They should have said they were under construction. They maybe should be doing one side and then the other so their guest are not having to step over torn carpet and whatever else they throw in the breezeways. I gave then 2 stars since the room was nice and the were near WaWa!

I booked on-line while sitting in the lobby, and get a unbelievable low rate! The room is newly renovated -- I can still smell the "new home" smell. Room is spacious. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Definitely will come back.

They were still doing construction at 23:00 hours. When they threw stuff in the dumpster it sounded like a bomb went off at the door to the room. When I stuck my head out the door at 2200, and told them people were trying to sleep, they laughed. After I called corporate they shut it down about an hour later. They should not have booked guests if they allowed loud construction till 23:00. When I checked out, they did take $10 off of my bill, and the nice lady that was handling the hot breakfast fixed me a nice plate to go. I travel a lot and have never had a hotel make me a hot breakfast plate to go. When they finish they will have all new rooms.

Walls were paper thin. Super loud the entire night. Pool was closed and under construction. Front desk staff was nice and clean room on check in that looks newly remodeled compared to the outside of the building
