The location of this hotel was decent. Right by the main highway which lead to many other things. An outlet mall was in walking distance. There were different types of suites here, so research before you book. This hotel received a 4 star because during our stay, the hot water went out. They fixed it a few days later, but it was like taking military showers everyday. Besides that it really was a wonderful stay. The lady's at the front desk were my favorite.

I stayed here last night and was very happy with the room, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable, my only complaint is the pool water was so cold I could not enjoy the pool at all. I spoke with hotel management and she says they don't run the heaters in the pool in the spring summer and fall, the only time they run the heaters is in the winter. Any reputable hotel keeps the pool at a consistent temperature no matter what the season of the year it is. Hopefully the owner will read this and do something about it.

We had our room booked for about a month in advance and based on the reviews we thought this hotel was a great choice. It may have been had the hot water worked. Another customer we spoke with had checked in Wednesday, hot water was working...he took a shower Friday and there was NO hot water. So we checked in Friday afternoon and no notification was given that the hot water wasn't working or any attempt was being made to fix said issue. My husband took a shower Saturday morning and, obviously but unbeknownst to us, no hot water. He walked down to the front desk to let them know and the desk clerk stated she had found out about it when she came on shift and someone was suppose to come in at 7:30am to work on the problem. We left the hotel and came back around 1pm and still no hot water. My husband went down to the front desk, spoke to a different desk clerk, and was told they were working on it and that's all she knew. We left the hotel and came back around 5pm, STILL NO HOT WATER. Again, we went down to the front desk, spoke to another desk clerk and received the same answer as before...someone was working on it. It was then we decided to pack up and travel the 4 hours back home. How do you take a customer's money basically under false pretenses and feel alright with that? We asked to speak with the General Manager Tonja L. Jones, and were told she wouldn't be in until 3pm Sunday afternoon. I fully intend to give her a call and expect to be given a refund for our troubles.

Moderately attractive facilities, slightly dated. Cleanliness was good to excellent. Aside from jackass guests on Saturday night I slept well (rare for me). But the hot water was intermittent. And I waited hours, and returned to the room multiple times waiting for it to be cleaned. When it still wasn't at 4pm I gave up and put out the DND sign.

No early check in and we weren't informed the pool was closed for awhile. Pool also never had towels. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but things weren't restocked well.
