Reservations RUINED OUT TRIP!! I made a reservation about a week in advance, and was given the convention rate… I was very happy to have found a room at such a late date… Reservations person was very helpful and we joked around that I got the last room at that price !! When I got down there, I checked in and noticed a room rate was almost $400 for the 1 night ! I am at Beasley would never have agreed to that ! I explained to the girl that everyone who was with me paid 105. there were about 700 of us ..and that the reservations clerk clearly told me I was getting the convention rate ... even though the same room is available on Travelocity for 165 ... so people with no reservation we're getting a room for half the price they were trying to charge me !!!!! She insisted the only one they had available for us was $368 per night !!!!!!!!!! So I simply turned in my room key I was assured that I would receive a full refund… And we got in our car and drove back home for New Year's 😖 I only stay at Marriott's because it's so easy to book and we are assured a safe clean place to stay when we travel .... but I have to say I hope and pray the convention picks a better place for the future, this hotel has never been very accommodating to the overnight guests ... Shame on the Marriott for training a family and trying to charge over three times The standard rate from a hard-working steady customer and Marriott rewards member !

Room was spacious and clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The cleaning crew try to enter the room at 9 AM on the day of checkout waking us up.

Walls are thin. Rooms have an awakard layout. This isn't the worst hotel ever but you could probably do better.

We we're in Room 154. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They told me where to park and which door to go in which put me right at my room door. The room was clean and comfortable as expected for a Marriott. The bed was super comfortable and I slept in until 8 as we did not have anything pending in the A.M. The shower was a tub style with a bend curtain rod to give more space and it had a new-looking adjustable showerhead. The water pressure was ok, but not strong. Prenty of power outlets, and the desk had plenty of room to work. The chair was also a business style chair and comfortable. There is a sliding glass door to a patio but we did not try that. It was a bit noisy being near the outside door and elevator, but that doesn't bother me at all but it might some. There was a fridge which is good. There is no breakfast included in the hotel, but plenty of places nearby including the Hanover Dinner, 2 miles away, which was fantastic. All in all, it was the usual Marriott room.

Located east of 287 on Route 10. Very nice location, facilities are a little bit older but still in good shape. Not as easy to get to due to jughandles, but once you learn where to drive it's not bad.
