This place was fine for one night as a place to crash but for the cost the quality and level of cleanliness left much to be desired. The room smelled musty and smokey despite being smoke-free. The manager was pleasant and friendly.

Housekeeping service is exceptional. The only reason why I gave such a poor rating is because the from desk staff need to learn about service.

It was pretty dirty there. Mold on caulking in tub, stains on carpet, discolored sheets, peeling paint, and just generally felt the room was not properly attended by housekeeping. Yes the price was cheap, but next time I'd spend a little more for a cleaner room elsewhere.

Booked with priceline and when we showed up they refused to give us a room due to the fact to room name was different then the billing name in the card that paid for it on priceline. First they tried saying it wasn't paid for at all insteqd if just telling us there issue. Spent an and half on the phone with priceline with them trying to see why they wouldn't accept the payment. Currently waiting on a refund I'm sure we'll never get. And because there are no other hotel a in the area and it was close to midnight we got stuck also paying cash for a room so we had somewhere to sleep. While priceline was trying to call them they then made sure they tied up the line for 15 mintues when they were aware they were calling cause we were standing at the counter with the lady on speaker phone. Once we did finally make it into the room bother the sheets and shower were disgustingly dirty and had to ask for new bedding and cleaning supplies. The WHOLE ordeal was over I was aggravated. I will never be staying here again.. I ran into people at breakfast who've had similar problems also. So Apparently bad business is how they do it there...all I have to say to anyone who goes there is good luck!

If there was a 0 I would rate it a 0. First off, the pictures are nothing like the rooms. You walk in and the hallways are hot and smell. The hallway carpets look like they have never been vaccumed. We got into the room and the room was not cleaned. There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink, there was hair in and on the tub, there was CUT TOE NAILS on the side off the bed and in front of the dresser, there was gum and garbage under the bed, and the sheets smelt like they were not cleaned either. My friend was then offered another room that looked the same and this room, some of the bulbs didn't work. The worker tried to give us another room and my friend said no my kids are not staying here and we want a refund. She got a refund and 2 days later they tried charging her card again! She called and spoke to the female manager and she told my friend she has no record of a refund and the room was not paid for. My friend called her credit card company and told them to not accept the charges for the ramada and provided them with a copy of the refund and they are now still a week later not accepting the charges. The health department was also called on this disgusting hotel. She also has pictures she provided to the health dept and the credit card company and they were also shown to the workers when receiving the refund. Do not stay here. The pictures below are of the dried dirt and hair in the tub and the gross toe nail clippings on the rug.
