My company doesn't usually stay at Best Western, but in this case I stayed here because it was very close to a job-site. I am very impressed with the location and the room. To my surprise, the staff was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and upcoming storm. Ali, the front desk person I dealt with, was incredibly polite and helpful with my extended reservation caused by the weather during my stay. Best Western has never previously been an option for me because my company usually stays at a Hilton or Radisson hotels. But, I will be considered Best Western in the future as this was a very good experience. regarding the customer service. I am very happy, and relieved!

In town for a party. Hotel staff was very nice. Check in was easy. Good value for the money. Seems slightly "tired" as far as the decor was concerned, but very clean and everything worked well. The only negative was the breakfast buffet which had very dry and tasteless pastries. The eggs and sausage were okay, nothing spectacular. I would stay here again but do not plan to travel to this area for any reason ever again as the party I attended was kind of a unique event. I am not familiar with this area, so I am not sure why a hotel exists in this spot as there does not seem to be much close by, at least as far as walking distance is concerned.

I was very pleased with Murray Hill Best Western. The staff was professional and it was nice to have a full breakfast included. My late Check-In and Check-Out was a breeze. There are lots of TV channels - nice when traveling. The mattresses and room were comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. All bath items were included - especially nice when arriving late. The location is convenient - a little jewel in New Providence/Murray Hill.

Nice hotel with good quality rooms. Only challenge for me was noise. If you're a light sleeper, the fan in the bathroom and the heat/AC unit may keep you up. Definitely don't get a connecting room, you can hear the people talk in the other room. Aside from noise control, very satisfactory room.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous. Free breakfast was included, but this could have been better. Some of the worst scrambled eggs I've ever had on both days. They were cold and very overcooked. Coffee was good.
